NEWS FROM THE DIRECTUM

Oh, hi there.

Since we went to MIPCOM 2008 with our lovely animated teaser pilot, we've made progress with all aspects of The Precinct's production.

Film Victoria has continued to support us by assisting us with our cross-platform strategy. This is resulting in some feverish brainstorming sessions which are yielding what we think are some pretty exciting ideas. I'm bombarding my mind with interactive stories, crowdsourcing projects and all manner of online marketing methods.

Aside from this, we're continuing to write episodes of the series itself. The longer the cauldron bubbles, the better it gets. I'm more excited about making this thing now than I was when I conceived it three years ago (or thereabouts). It honestly keeps getting better.

We're grabbing at lots of new opportunities and waiting to hear what happens with them. I don't post about this stuff on the blog as much as I should, but I like to keep things quiet until I absolutely, definitely have new stuff to report. 'Til then...
